GDA/Insuligen - Fat Intake

[Performance Based]

Currently taking 500mg ER Metformin daily for its' anti cancer properties. 100% NOT diabetic.

As far as GDAs go or Insuligen, is there anything I need to be wary of regarding metformin and these compounds?

Also, on what scale do I need to inhibit my fat intake if taking Insuligen? Planning on utilizing once daily after training during cardio for post workout meal.

I think people tend to over think the whole idea of using GDA's with post workout meals. Honestly, I don't see where they are necessary after a workout. Your body is primed and ready to take in nutrients after training.

I use Metformin, but not around my workouts anymore. I'm also not a diabetic.

I agree. Now if someone is really loading carbs in then various things can be used to optimize that even if it's post workout. Generally speaking though your body is primed to take in nutrients after a hard training session.

There are no wrong answers in many ways but if I were to use 1 x GDA and 1 x Metformin daily I would have the GDA preworkout and I would take the metformin pre bed. Some report issues with sleep and metformin so they should take it in the morning.

TY man, @Elvia1023 any thoughts on fat intake while utilizing the gas? should one treat this like humalog and avoid as much intake as possible?

I don’t think that the GDA’s act as a shuttle with fats like insulin does but I could be wrong.
