GDA's/Leucine/postworkout?

Anybody use em'?
IS it wise to use a gda like ALA or banaba along with luecine, or beneficial to let the bodies natural insulin response do the work.
Knowing insulin is very anabolic, are the effects thwarted by the use of gda's, after a workout, especially with the use of aas and peps?

I have seen some studies showing the high insulin responses to whey, so I have been using a bcaa mixture (all out of leucine right now) w/some simple sugar @ 10 minutes after workout, then @ 20 minutes later taking the whey with water.
I was figuring the insulin response both ways would be beneficial, and have done w/out any GDA use

Usually take ALA/vanadium with whey and carbs after workout, but have changed to the other approach ^^^^ for my current research

Any thoughts,experiences, tips
