Been lifting for years and and only been using gear for last two. I've always lifted hard for 8-12 weeks and then taken a week or two to take it easy in between to "deload" to keep from overtraining. Was wondering if on gear I should follow same practice. Or what should I change to get more out of my cycles? Since recovery times are better on gear.
