Gear crashed. Now what?

I got some mast prop from a board sponsor and it had crystals in it and goo that stuck to the sides, so I heated in a pan with water on the stove and 90ish % dissolved back into solution. Now a week later I look at it and it had some crystals back in it. Should I have to heat everytime before I pin and is it still potent or does it lose potency in this whole process? Is it unreasonable to ask for a replacement?

Yes, heat it every time. It's not a once and done process you need the solution's temp to increase to hold more solids. It's your call on your sponsor.

Depending type of vial your sponsor has it would heat it up until the vial is burning hot and crystal clear as shit not even foggy it should hold allot better .

Depending on the vial tho quality used some cheap vials will break at high temps

Prop burns at 200f
