I def think its over rated when concering fat loss and show prep. Actually, I think too much shit can fuck you up and make it so you have to do twice as much cardio to keep the bloat off. I cannot believe the results I'm getting just from 400mg/wk prop, I'm bridging right now with it, and wont really start anything else until 6-8 wks out. But my fat loss is even better, and my physique is much harder. Anyone else find this true to a point?
Note; I'll be adding tren, masteron, and some winny at 6-8 wks out.
