I def think its over rated when concering fat loss and show prep. Actually, I think too much shit can fuck you up and make it so you have to do twice as much cardio to keep the bloat off. I cannot believe the results I'm getting just from 400mg/wk prop, I'm bridging right now with it, and wont really start anything else until 6-8 wks out. But my fat loss is even better, and my physique is much harder. Anyone else find this true to a point?

Note; I'll be adding tren, masteron, and some winny at 6-8 wks out.
 
totally agree,

its like when the supp companies started the "you must eat 6-7 times per day" to sell protein, its like that with pre contest supps. really for most people some test and one other compound will be more than enuff if you can control the water, some may need to drop the test, but seriously, if youve done EVERYTHING right in your prep, the fact you only used 2 compounds rather than 4 will NOT change shit imho

Well, cardio doesn't have much to do with bloat. And why is bloat a problem until the very end i.e. show day?

I was referring to adding 3 more compounds at just 6 wks out, not running a bunch of compounds the entire prep. And compounds that dont retain much water at that. I didn't just come on here and make the shit up, I was just sharing my experience as opposed to past experiences getting ready for a show.

what are a bunch of compounds? a long ester test, some eq and maybe an oral?? doesnt seem that tough to manage :confused:
 
Not sure why all the bashing here. Let me break it down in simpler terms, IN THE PAST I USED TO RUN A BUNCH OF DIFF COMPOUNDS FOR MY ENTIRE 12-15 WK CONTEST PREP. THIS TIME, I'M ONLY USING A LITTLE PROP AND NOT STARTING ANYTHING ELSE UNTIL THE LAST 6-8 WKS. And my results are better this time so far, than in the past(in terms of a harder appearance and less fluid retention). In the past I found I needed more cardio to keep the water weight off. I'm not here trying to advocate against gear usage or tell anyone what to do, I'm sharing what has worked well for me, point blank. Why all the haters? If you agree fine, if you disagree then thats fine too, but dont come on here and come off at me like I'm some sort of moron because I've posted something that has worked for me. Grow up

Why would you do cardio to get the water off? I mean if you were literally just holding water and that wasn't fat (ie your leaner this time and not just fat) why not just hit the sauna once or twice a day? I am assuming that you were doing cardio to sweat...doesnt the sauna have the same impact? If you were doing cardio to lose weight (fat not water) then I understand...but your specifically stating water.
 
To be that far out why worry about water....fat holds water.. Why try to look dry this far from show... :confused:

ATW, there are people on this board that think they are something they are not. And what is plain simple to everybody else, they can not see because they refuse to think they are wrong.
I for one will be a very humble person when my placing at shows keep falling every year. But some people can't put things in perspective.

Looking back I def see the humor, but the point I was trying to make is I used to do about 3 or 4 compounds aside from cutting agents up until about 8 wks out. I just dont find it necessary anymore. Now of course the additions to my cycle as the show gets closer have their place, but I suppose my post didn't come off that way, LOL
