why is it that just about every option of gear and even pro-hormones promotes estrogen and male pattern baldness?

anyone got any suggestions of ones im not aware of that are opposite?

Yoou need something that is purely anabolic in nature and has no androgenic properties at all. Most of what is available out there is modeled around androgens, where you have too much androgens you have aromatisation of those androgens into Oestrogens. SO look for anything that is strictly anabolic.
