Today I’m going to log my diet so you guys can see what my lean gainer program looks like for

breakfast

it’s two whole eggs +4 egg whites
two pieces of pork sausage
3 ounces of Kentucky legend smoked turkey slices
1 cup of Cracklin oat bran cereal dry
1 whole cup of natures Valley high protein granola also
if I have room at the end maybe a half a cup of blueberries
 
Trest provides the estrogenic effect. And anadrol probably to a small degree.

Yea I figured with trest and masteron he has his estrogen and DHT covered.

You run cycles that don’t have any conversion to these you wind up feeling like shit.

Oh goodness yes. I've never done it but crashed E2 feels the absolute worst.

I still wonder if the 7-methyl-estradiol can replace all the functions of estrogen and not just sexual function.

now it’s lunch two turkey sandwiches with provolone cheese sauerkraut pickles mustard sour cream and onion chips and a couple diet Cokes then

one hour later at the gym

You don’t think 1-Test Cypionate DHB is testosterone? Even without it who cares? I’m running EQ, Trest, and 200mg Anadrol a day. Hell if I even need any test .... lol .... but the 1-Test Cyp DHB is there brother!!!!

then driving home double chocolate Lenny & Larry cookie 450 calories with water

45 minute road bike ride for cardio

shower up

knock back a few ice cold beers on the back porch chillin the F’ck out relishing the fact that I woke up and totally kicked ass on life again today

will settle in with some smoked pork tenderloin in a bit, then make a plate of chips refried beans cheese and fresh sliced jalapeños

Knock down a couple more light beers during that process then hit some healthy popcorn for dessert because I ate all of my fat free key lime cheesecake last night

..........

Should I do another day of diet log tomorrow or do you guys wanna start to see workout logs???

I was curious. Idk enough to have input on your cycle. I didn’t know 1-Test Cypionate DHB can be used as testosterone.

I’m not an expert on the compound either but most likely it is

regardless ... TREST (aka MENT) was originally developed with the intention of it being superior to test and an alternative to test

so .... there ya go
 
Well, 1-test is just a chemical name. Showing that the double bond in the 1st carbon ring is at 1-2 position instead of 4-5. Dihydroboldenone (DHT version of boldenone/EQ) is the more appropriate term. So, being that it’s a DHT derivative, it is not aromatized so it supplies no estrogen.

That said, Trest provides plenty of estrogenic effect and EQ is said to aromatize at half the rate of testosterone. Granted, it seems a large number of users experience low E2 from it. This is supposedly due to one if it’s metabolites functing as an AI for some people. And anadrol (even though it’s a dht) does serm odd things in regards to estrogen effect.
 
Add to finish yesterday’s food: 100 calorie ice cream sandwich and 3 chocolate pizzeles (40 calories each) with 2 TBSP PB and a nightcap glass of Merlot

My diet habits are a lot different than other peoples… I’m the guy who would rather drink five light beers in the evening as compared to having 500 cal of carbohydrates even when I’m on a cutter

I’ve never worked with a coach

that being said I’ll admit I have done a lot of listening to advice thoughts and ideas of Greg Doucette, Layne Norton, and Ben Pakulski.

I’ll try to toss up a good pic next week
