AM was too good just had to let it ferment from there and sleep for growth tonight

did some sweaty ass yard work bagging leaves, cutting tree limbs, dragging branches

chicken nachos for dinner

rehydrating with a variety of Oktoberfest beers mostly German except Bells which was also very good

im doing 2 - 25 minute cardio sessions daily sling with my 2 weight training workouts

I’m running 50 mcg T3 and 80 mcg Clen daily

since I just came out of a show where the head judge critiques me as “dry and shredded” I’ve got some wiggle room

I weighed 215 this morning .... I overdieted for my last show as I weighed in at 186

again I’m show rebounding

I’m 9 weeks out this week

my diet looks like a dirty bulker but due to the above factors I’m staying lean

I’ve not mentioned that I’ve been getting up 2 to 3 times in the middle of the night to pee, eat half cup Greek yogurt and a low carb WESP with peanut butter and strawberry preserves Along with a few units of slin ......

ill start posting more daily diet and less training

AM session back thickness
Deadlifts 405 for reps then drop for volume
BB rows
Rear delts

pM session will be width Movements with cable rows for the thickness pump and burn segment

planning on a frozen pizza tonight I’ll update and post pics later

Gonna crush $45 worth is sushi from the fresh market - I can’t afford to eat like that but when I’m working in the road for my company I get a daily food allowance so I blew it on a sushi bender lol !!!!!

Leg Day

damn near crushed my quads off the femur. New gym new hack squat plate loaded near vertical type.

ouch !!!!!!

I could not do leg extensions as the fibers felt split when I was done.

did calves and hamstrings. Standing ham curl machine I’d never seen before. This gym is loaded!

PM session tonight definitely going to hit some arms but not too sure about extra leg workout at this point.

I’m ready for some damn breakfast!
