HS close grip
Lat pull downs
Pull overs
Rear delt machine
Brief bicep tricep pump

essentially 2 back workouts inside of 8 hours

this dates back 50+ years

schock method for fat loss and muscle growth
 
Today I did 2 back workouts about 7 hours apart

the feeling was phenom

I needed no real warm ups yet I was blasted pumped from the first set

I’ll do this as often as I can for upper body

not legs though

Saturday:
Heavy as F in hack squat machine plate loaded 4x45’s each side plus a25# in each side 6 reps then drop the 25’s 8 reps then burnout set
Leg ext burnouts
Leg curls 1 drop set
Calves supersets
Cardio

No double split today instead I’m doing a 45 minute mountain bike ride
