I encourage you to take a look at that.. see if you have any thoughts on it.
Trying to figure out how it would EXACTLY apply to bodybuilding. Aside from the training stress = adaption. possibly other things?
Maybe too many pencil necks stay victims to their beliefs (bad genes, cant get big). When maybe our beliefs make us who we are. We are what we eat, breathe, say, do and the people who we hang around.
Any thoughts?
