It is currently 2:48 pm here eastern time in the united states , England i dont know wht you consider morning , or wht part of the world your located i havent recieved any refund or even information about a refund you have been telling me the morning story now for 2 days . I didnt recieve my product it has been over 50 days since i originally placed my order . The way i see it your company should still have my funds put them back into my hands , i trusted genxxl . Now is this a the way you guys do biz . All i have heard is alot of excuses why you cant refund me . i have been waiting over two wks for a simple refund . I have several sources that i use i should have never trusted a new source . What a bad experience this had been . send me my money .Bro im going to keep posting until you do . Im going keep posting on every board that i come across until i recieve my refund , i have the addy's to almost evrey muscle board there . Speaking of GenXXL

I did a rather awkward thing this week and it was a misjudgement on my part. I posted on genxxl's site looking for a UK remailer for IP without even asking. I didn't appreciate that their site was a vehicle for their own product and I didn't know that an open posting for a good honest young man or woman of good character to bless and change their lives would be met with such negativity.

It was a misjudgement on my part and a lot to expect these guys to think as highly as my friend IP as I do.

What really pissed me off was the mod who after immediately pulling my post and scolding me for not living up as a vet says that IP's stuff isn't exactly on his top 10 list.

Well I did my asshole impression and had to quickly email back and apologize for my rude behavior. You've seen that before haven't you all?

But I kinda chuckled today when I came upon this order issue solving thread.

As I told the mod IP has successfully and so have I brought in more gear into the US than they have.

But they are clearly honorable guys on the open thread just like IP { for 8 years ) has proven to be in private.

I wish them all the success in the world and allbeef is still looking for that UK remailer for my friend IP.

There is a young man out east peddling IP gear and doing over 1/2 a million dollars of business a year rumour has it. Thats a lot of little packages to get into country from Asia not England. But who buys his bathtub sh*t anyhow?

What I see here is a lot of problem orders getting resolved. Just goes to show that if you handle things through the proper channels, it works out. Good to see.

Im glad that the issue was resolved. I would also like to add that I have had over 10 orders with GenX(GRGX) and I was always very happy with my business with them so thats why I continue to do so. I do understand that problems do happen with any business but all it took was a bit of waiting and things worked out in the end. Great job guys

This is true. Exactly what I was trying to say earlier. But even with Amazon.com, if your order was seized by a foreign gov, or lost in some crazy way, they wouldn't take any liability for that. They'd say "We apologize for the inconvenience, sorry for your loss. Have a nice day!"

I was, and Bodiez is, and neither of us ever had a significant customer complaint about any of IP's products. As a matter of fact I guaranteed all of IP's stuff for years and if a guy like you who claims to have not liked something had bought it and made that statement about the product he would have been fully refunded immediately or had an exchange occur. I am sure you guarantee your product like that if you can get it to your customers. Now you elitefitness types of guys who talk sh*t never appraciate that maybe I refunded on oil 3 times and Viagra a half dozen.

So who's the expert and where is your guarantee and why do you have to have a thread continually dealing with delivery issues from the UK of all places?

He is a personal friend as is Bodiez and sides and jugs and that1guy, and all who are and were a part of a very sucessful life-changing experience created by a guy who could produce, unique, high-dose, high quality, cost-effective products geared towards bodybuilders, and ten get it into the US in large quantities from China!!!!
