I placed an order for products on feb 19 , I checked to make sure that the items were in stock and they were . evry time i ask if my order will be sent they tell me the same shit . why would you let customers order products that are in stock and when they ask why there product hasnt shipped they tell you its not in stock . i feel that i am getting the runaround ? great customer service ?
 
Also they have disabled the feature for me to start a new thread this really agrevates me , they are making sure that i cannot post about my problem openly on there site . If they cant ship me my product then they should refund me thats good customer service . I have heard good thing about this company thats why i tried them i know they will do the right thing .
 
How mant items did you order and how many have you received? If you received any how long did it take?

Hmmmm, funny they told me - of all their customers, I was the only one who had a problem receiving. Waiting since 2/2; big order. :mad:
 
DAMN! I remember you saying MikeS that you would keep us updated on the service and said the communication was great...:mad: No product though?
SumBitch, I hate to here this. I hope they get you guys taken care of.
 
I will be an Alin customer for life. I have an outstanding order that I did not handle in the most professional manner and after all I said he is still working with me and considering on resending my order. I find that extraordinary customer service from a true stand-up gentleman. You can't go wrong with Alin. I apologized for my behavior, so don't say anything bad about genxxl and just wait then order from Alin next time!!!!!

my friend ordered from genxxl twice since the date MikeS posted... his stuff arrived in 8 biz days each time... all products were listed as "in stock"

A source shouldnt accept money for a product they dont have.
if its Not "instock" they shouldnt accept the funds for the order IMHO.
Im not saying thats the situation as I dont know the guys from xxl.
Thats a long time to be waiting though.
 
this was my first time ordering , i ordered 2 items , they immediatly shipped my 30 dollar item to me , now its the item that cost almost 450 im worried about , i have contacted the head moderator a couple of time he seemed very annoyed that i have asked him only (twice )when the igflr3 will ship to me , he reponded that as soon as he find out i will find out . thats a terrible way to do biz . the only reason i ordered for them and not my usual source was the great write ups on this board .
Also the thing that worry me are that i cant even start a new thread to ask questions openly , it pisses me off .

A buddy of mine just ordered too, about 3 weeks ago. He had it in 8 business days. It was a really small order though.

Now that would piss me off....TRUST is the name of the game! If you lose trust its all over....
 
I received mine literally overnight. About $1,600 worth.
 
This is not my site But I do represent gxgr.com. Im sorry you have not received your gear yet and I can assure you that you will 100% As far as not being able to post on genxxl, not true posts are never removed or edited unless they are about rec drugs, 2nd of all gxgr does not make it a habit to take money or orders for something that is not in stock, Im not saying this was not the case this time but it has never happened before, I have people at my heals ever day askig when things will be back in stock so they can order them. Im not sure who you pm'ed on genxxl about this but No one over there that I know of would have given you attitude about an order issue as gxgr prides its self in customer service. Anyone with an outstanding order longer then 20 days old pm me over here or on genxxl.com. Ive done my fair share of waiting in the past from very well known suppliers up to 3 months of it at a time, It happens in this game. Do not think that you received only your cheep order only for gxgr to scam you on $400.00. Gxgr shipps thousands of packs a month sometimes there are issues, im sorry it was with your pack but It will get worked out I give you my word.

Mine is delayed too. I made the order on March 1st. Its the 14th and its still unpaid?? :confused: Ive ordered before and it usually says paid within a day or two. -StOrY-
 
If you have a problem with your order send me the order number to [email protected] I will check it out and respond with in 24 hours. If you do not do this then i can not help you or resolve what ever situation is at hand. Unfortunately this has turned into a bashing thread against our site and entirely a promotion for Alin, i dont care either way but I assure all that we dont talk shit about Alin or any other source.....we choose not to and do not allow that discussion to take place as it is not good business. Contact me and we will resolve these issues.

this is what we do bro' we are in this for the community and making sure that things get resolved and taken care of is how we manage to continue bringing what our members want and how to make them happy....I have left this in the members hands so it is up and on the table to be resolved. Send me the oprder numbers in a email and I will take care of things....M-
