GERM is hit by a car

Although he is alright, Kapn was hit by a car and got messed up pretty bad with some pretty harsh injuries to his legs and some other stuff ( don't remeber the exact injuries) He is in the hospital and starting rehab soon He seemed pretty OK about the whole thing (relatively speaking of course)considering the nature of the accident which is good as we all know how devastating and depressing this shit can be and just wanted to let people know that he is doing OK anyway, he will be back up and around in no time i am sure as he has a fighter's will and i know everyone here will be sending their positive energies toward his speedy recovery

He was hit by a car while he was walking? Or was he hit while he was in his car?
Either way it is bad luck, but one could really change the severity of the situation.
