Had my yearly work physical Tuesday morning, was happy that my blood pressure was 108/72 on a gram of test E/wk, 50mg test prop eod, 50mg tren ace eod, 50mg masteron eod, 4iu gh daily.
Cardio - 40 min walk

Close grip pulldowns, 3 sets of 12,10,8
Arsenal bent rows - 4 sets 10,8,6,15
Hammer strength row machine - 5 sets 10,8,6 then 2 sets of 1 arm 12,10

Preacher curls - 4 sets 12,10,8,8
Concentration curls - 3 sets 10,8 8
Rope pinwheel curls - 3 sets 15,12,10

The test p is actually test acetate and its part of a cut mix (sxript) = 50mg test a, 50mg tren a, 50mg masteron prop.

Sometimes, the first set is USUALLY not to true failure but the other sets are. If the last set is a higher rep set it is usually not to failure.
 
Those rope pinwheel curls, I knew I wasn't alone! I also like doubling up the rope in my hand, puts a little extra forearm and grip work in there.

Training legs
Short workout at 5am this morning
Seated leg curl - 4 sets 12,10,8,6,5
Lying partial leg curls - 1 set 60 reps
Leg press machine rest pause (John meadow had me do these) 15 straight reps then 5 rest pause reps (2 sec pause in the down position) , then 10 straight reps 10 rest pause reps and last set is 5 straight reps then 15 rest pause reps.
4 sets of walking lunged
Done ✔
Did no cardio today but have 17,783 steps in so far today.

My sxript cut mix is 300mg/ml. 100mg test ace, 100mg tren ace, 100mg masteron.
 
That tren and masteron definitely coming through in those delt striations (y)

By the way I did those goddamn motherfuckin rest paused leg presses this morning, so both you and John Meadows can fuck off. I just signed up to a new gym and look like a bitch, already

Training- suppose to be off but did a small pump workout of arms, back, chest. Why? Because I had huge cheat meal friday post workout. So had to move some glycogen.
Cardio- 40 min walk
Diet- fasted half the day then got in about 2000 calories.

Sunday 9- 13-14
Weight- 218.7
Training- off
Cardio- none
Diet- had another much smaller cheat meal of thin crust pizza and 2 brownies. Didn't really plan on having this cheat, but I sat on my ass all day and that just made me hungry so I said fuck it and had 🍕 pizza with the wife.

Monday 9-14-20
Weight - 221.4 😱 full as a fucking house buy also spilled over a bit.
