Watch a youtube video on how/where to do it. Take a deep breath, turn your head and stick. Exhale as you push needle into muscle.

Aspiration is not required if injecting in muscle. Some say it is, some say its not. I dont aspirate and never had ANY problems.

If you remove needle and encounter blood, no big deal. That just means you punctured a small vein/capillary. Apply pressure and wait a few. Itll stop bleeding.

Nothing to worry about.

I was scared my first time too. I just said to myself to quit being a bitch, and poof. I was done and massaging my quad before i knew it.
