Getting back into it from being a few months off recovering from a shoulder injury going to be running a cycle of Anadrol Tren and probably cypionate feel like all my muscles have depleted it sucks this time I'm going to do it for longevity any tips or hints I could definitely use

Personally I wouldnt be using anadrol after an injury and probably not tren either. The strength increases may just result in another injury. I would be running cyp, waiting 4-6 weeks and then either increasing dose or adding other compounds.

I love anadrol and tren together but my strength shoots up like crazy. I could see that being a problem for someone coming back from injury.

If longevity is a consideration then i would pass on those 2 compounds as there seem to be better choices for that

Bingo! We have a winner. Tren and longevity…..no such thing.

Why don’t you just use 150-200 mg of the Test?

Well I'm not sure I really want good gains an a long lasting effect
