ok i havent been brave enough to test my body and really strive like i used to in my better days of bbing. and i have to know what things i should steer slear of going heavy on because of my prevous pec injury and surgery its been almost 2 years i think it should be fine to do about anything as long as i take it slow and dont make fast improper movements.



blah blah blah i know what i need to know is can i do dips? flat bench? flyes? shoulder press? without tearing this old injury. i need to know cause im ready to get huge again and be the bbing nut i truly am and i want to go hard or not at all
