Getting back on track

Well it's been almost 2 years since I've been on this board (any board for that matter) but I'm really glad to be back. I pretty much had to take off from working out with weights for a year and half and haven't been in a comp since 08. Now that things are starting to come around I'm finally starting to workout again and get back on the boards. Trying to catch up on new info has been fun so far but I still got alot of reading to do. I'm not in a gym yet, just working out at home doing some really basic stuff. I started back at 208lbs about 3 weeks ago and now that I'm eating the way I should I'm a pretty lean 217lbs. Not sure what my competitive plans are but I would love to do a show again next year so we'll see. All in all it's great being back cuz it's been a rough 2 years.
