Def put on some good size. I wonder, how tall are you? 6 foot im guessin. Go into this show and do your best, im sure you will do really well, then work on primarly chest shoulders arms for next year. With your structure, those are gonna need to be huge for you to look really balanced.

Yeah I'm 6 feet. I have to bring up a lot of areas simply because of how tall I am.

We'll see what happens at this show as my goal is to win the overall. Next year I'm taking a break and try to have a great offseason.
