My buddy's girlfriend has be busting her ass trying to add some muscle to compete in wellness this year. Her diet has steadily increase in calories for a year but lately she gets bad head aches and her Dr said it could be from the excessive amount of protein and amino acids she is getting.
Currently she gets 200g Protein from food and one shake and 15g EAA in her Intra-Workout shake. Current weight is 128-130lbs at 5'1".
I've never heard of anyone having issues like that from high protein intake but everyone is different. Her only sups are 10mg anavar for 6 weeks then 3 weeks off. Her last labs (2 months ago) were all perfect , hormones in range blood pressure low side of normal , cholesterol below normal.
