Getting Huge asap

Remember to be abel to look past your fysical (goals), and apreciate life for what it is, and what it can be. Beeing weak isnt nessecairly a weakNESS. And the other way around. And you dont have to be 270 to be great. To be gereat is to be happy with your self, and you should allways be happy with your self, but staying hungry for MORE (-;

First of all, you should put life, school, job, friends, family. Then Iron! (-:

But who am I to tell YOU what to do with life, life is invidual and we do as WE want, not what others want US to do. Allways remember, never forgett - you controll your self.
 
These 3 words will help you toward your goals in bodybuilding, or toward any of your goals for that matter(women, education, finiancial, etc.).....

1. dedication
2. determination
3. discipline

Everyone with any success owes it to these 3 words whether they know it or not.
 
I have a friend thet survived a cancer and he is training very well and getting a lot of mass, other client comes from a serious multiples injuries from a motorcicle accident and he is getting real big,

The three D principle is definatly right, no-one can get anywhere without them.

The physical goals of cource aren't everything, but self improvement (in your eyes, not other peoples) is very important.

I'm a big believer that you must be happy with things as they are but work around them and change them, try to at least, and believe in yourself. That way if nothing changes you aren't depressed, but if it does it's great. If everyone just accepted things, nothing would ever have happened.

Bigheinz's photos certainly prove what's possible-

-bodybuilders aren't born, they're made- through sweat, tears and iron- but they're made all the same.

i started to experience problems with every day types of things when i was only 240 @ 8-10 % and i'm 5'9"...

when that happened i realized i'd rather be able to do everyday type of shit than be the huge freak i always wanted to be..

really, my wife would have to help me get dressed sometimes(dress clothes), i had trouble wiping my ass, doing my shots, going up stairs....fucking for longer than 20min...fitting in my car, buying clothes that fit me well....plus a bunch of other things the bigger guys might be able to point out..

Those are unusual problems, I'm sure everyone huge can't have those problems.

What was the problem going upstairs? Your bedroom problem might be something medical, possibly the same as the condition stopping you going upstairs.

I know there's specialist shops (mostly online or mail order) for bodybuilder clothing. As for the car you'll have to buy an old truck or something :D

Does anyone else suffer problems similar, or is it just an isolated case?

I still want to be huge.

Yes i dont think this is a problem, when i am off season this is the best part of my life bc i fell big very big, my wife help`get dressed too, and put on my shoes and we laf everyday when i am going to get in a car, thats is funny...
I have to buy my clothe in Miami, in my country doesnt have 3xl or 4 xl, no problem with the jeans or pants but i cant find underwear here in venezuela.
Oh i almost forgot, i cant run or jump or sit in the floor.....

Real problem are health problems, my father is very sick and i am doing my best to be the better as possible to help him.

But this is the best of bodybuilding it means that i am getting my goals, get huge some time.

upstairs, i run out of breath, just like wit humpin...

why do cardio when diet and drugs got me to the BF% i wanted to be at, i have no competition aspirations so no need for cardio back then... now its a different story though.

mail order shop for BB clothing.... i'm a network engineer in high profile NY law firms, and i need to wear nice suits..hang out clothing is no problem to find...its getting nice clothes to fit you without taking out a bank loan..

buy an old truck...

being big was great, really, i'm not trying to discourage you...it just started to interfere with living my life the way i wanted to live it...

the problems i mentioned are pretty common....especially when you consider i started training at 17 when i was 135lbs...my natural weight without training probably would have been only 165-175 tops, by my mid 20's....some people's bodies just arent meant, nor can they handle being as big as some of us make them..i dont think i was meant to have the extra 105lbs i put on me since i was 17....
 
Being big is better

Cardio would let you run, jump and do more in the bedroom then, so it's fixable if you wanted.

I hate suits anyway. :)

Maybe your body wasn't ready to train at 17, I can't start until I'm about 20 so it might be a bit better. Either way I'm sure I can work around problems of being big.

There's fat people, they manage. Being huge and rather clumbersome or oversized compared to normal humans is better than seeming small and skinny.

And who knows, we'll all find a level at which we're happy, I think I want to be huge and compete but my ideas might change, in 10 years time I might walk happily down the street at 170-190 lean pounds and think that'll do. But the thought of competing as a pro (or a very huge amateur) sounds the best. It's competition I aim for, and to be a monster, that'll be perfect.
 
Im not gonna tell you what to do or what not to do. What is important is that you are happy with your decision, if that means being 270lbs, then good luck. Me personally i dont have a fixed goal as to what weight i want to be, i kinda just take things one at a time, still growing and will do so until i think ive reached all that i want to. The main thing is personal satisfaction, its not up to other people to decide when your happy.

British Bodybuilder, one of the big with a fixed weight goal is, what to yoiu do once yoiu acheived them? Quit lifting? also set smaller goals, they will eventually lead you to your bigger goal.
 
I saw Ronnie Coleman walking to the stage to make a semminar, and when he arrives to the desk we cant brief for about 5 minutes and then he sits and started the semminar with some brief problems. It happends to me and to my big friends .

Even when I was at 340lbs I had no problem doing normal things. I can put on my own clothes, tie my own shoes, and wipe my own ass. I can't fit in a car so I drive a big SUV and all of the envirnomentalists can kiss my big ass.

Hopefullu, I won't have those problems, but for now I have no trouble getting my 225lbs into my suv or humping the old lady for hours on end. If I make it over 250+ then we'll see. I think I can keep up the couple cardio sessions a week and my lungs won't labor so much when I get there!

Look at the big picture and watch the pros... Heres what you'll see as the concrete facts:
Perfect genetics +
Obscence dedication +
10-30K in drugs a year +
your own doctor so you dont die from side effects +
15K in food each year +
15 years of this =
240# ripped.
Now thats reality.

Getting to 200#? That might only take 2-3 years.
Getting to 225 will probably take longer still.
Now heres where you hit the wall:
225 to 250? That battle could take 10 years.

No matter what pipe dreamers tell you little bro, them are the cold hard facts. If guys could move their bodyweight up from 225-260 with any speed at all, dont you think the PROS would be doing it?!?!?!

Because 6'2" Arnold S only weighed 230 on stage thats why.

Ive got advice that will REALLY help you: Go rent "Conan The Barbarian." That guy is 6'2" NOT 5'7" and youre planning to outweigh him by 40 POUNDS?!?!

If thats not enough for you, look up his old balck and white pics of training. Arnold LIVED to train. He vomited in the gym from working so hard so often, he took a bucket with him to the gym for the puke. He'd barf between sets, and then go right back to training....

Now once again, HE was 230, HE was 6'2"..... and how "asap" can you get up to 270? As soon as you can make Arnold look like a complete pussy thats when.

Its true that Arnold didnt have all the drugs of today, but even if he did, HE would have gone to maybe 270. If you wanna reach 270 youve gotta not only MEET the Arnold level, you'll have to completely dedicate yourself well beyond Arnold... which raises a real question: Is there a level beyond Arnold at all?

At 5'7" how about a lifelong quest for 225 ripped? Thats possible, but it wont be easy by any means. Find some 5'7" pros to model your goals on, Im sure they exist. I wouldnt hold your breath about weighing 270 ripped ever...

40# a year? Not possible. Others may disagree, but thats JMO. And no matter who disagreed, I still ask "If it CAN be done, then why arent any pros doing it?"

BTW I don't consider Arnold S the King of bodybuilding.

I agree 100%. Even at 280, I have no problem doing anything. I think it all has to do with flexibilty and training with full range of motion.
All the big guys I see that can't move or do things don't train with full range of motion and have no idea what a proper stratching programme is.
 
but come one being a teenager that hasnt lift anything in his whole life should not be thinking about 270 ripped. Fucking ridicilous you really cannot give an opinion without any experience.

Anyway you will probably think different in a few years youre still young and in a few years you will think different about all kinds of things.
