I worked with Alex A and got in the best shape of my life.. i really lost a ton of body fat and couldn’t have done it without him. These pics are a 15 week transformation. haha not trying to sell anything. Just very impressed with the results i have gotten with Alex thats all.. I'v worked with others online and just think that he is one of the best by far thats all...
