Getting insurance to pay for gyno

I paid for mine out of pocket so I could go to a Dr that specializes in cosmetic surgery and gyno (one that I have seen people go to and get great results). I dont even think he accepts insurance.

I have heard that it can be a pain in the ass to get it covered by insurance. It all depends on the Dr and the insurance company.

I didn't jump through any hoops. Went to a plastic surgeon, he wrote a letter to my insurance and insurance covered 80% of the cost.

My insurance covered the procedure 100%, I had blue cross at the time.

Depends on your insurance, but do you think the surgeon will care where the money comes from? Unfortunately, people rape insurance companies nowadays, he doesn't care if it's your money or the insurance's money, as long as they get it!

Most likely the ICD-9 diagnosis code which indicates why they were doing said surgery. The claim could have multiple codes and if he puts something like 'prior use of anabolic steroids', automatically not covered.

No dip shit put it down as a plastic surgery. The code starts with a V or something. I have a follow up check up this week and I'm going to tell him bluntly to change it because he said he would file it correctly before we did the surgery and his nurses never get back to me.

Last test prop shot was Sunday. Enough time?

And all I have is tren e. If I start it now can I be low enough in t and high estrogen by then?
