getting lean and strong with gtgchem s-4 and ostarine

I'm running a log on a s-4 ostarine stack. I'm starting today and laying it out like this. My s-4 is from board sponsor gtgchem

s-4 25mg/day on off days 50mg/day on training days
ostarine 25mg/day

Age 25
height 5'4
weight 154lbs
bf ~14%

I have a powerlifting meet in 3 weeks and am planning on competing in the 148 class so this is going to be a recomp cycle with some water manipulation for weigh ins.

My training is 4 days per week of standard powerlifting style training.

My diet is being handled by somebody else, so I won't be posting it up.

Hey, I think its ok to go 5 on and two off with the S-4. I have not tried S-4 yet but was thinking about running the same combo. Look forward to hearing your results. Just curious have you experimented with either in the past?
 
This is my first time with either compound. I've not really felt anything yet, but I'm deadlifting tonight so hopefully my strength will be up.

I'm not going to cycle 5 on 2 off because I want to make sure to get a dose on all of my training days. If vision sides become a problem I'll address them and change my schedule, but until then I'll just use a lower dose on rest days.

This is probably totally unrelated, but I had some really vivid and weird dreams last night.

I had the same thing on monday, the first day I started on s4. Very weird and vivid dreams. I didn't really connect the 2 until you said it. May still be unrelated.

Day 3

Deadlifted last night, and had kind of a bad workout. I'm a little less than 3 weeks out from a meet and pretty burnt out. After this weekend I'm going light for a bit before the meet.

No side effects to report. So far not feeling much of anything.
 
It takes a few days to a week to build up in the system.

This stuff may be kicking in a little bit. Yesterday I had a killer bench workout.

Today was just some intervals, but my legs got ridiculously pumped from the airdyne bike. I am thinking of upping my dose a bit, but I'll give it a few more days and see how things go.

I've been having pretty good workouts this week. Squats on Sunday went really well.

I did an upper body workout on Monday that went pretty well, but I didn't push it too much because I have a meet in about a week and a half.

Tonight I'll be doing some light deadlifts and maybe some back work.

I hate to say it, but I think that the gtgchem's s-4 is either bunk, or severely underdosed. I have yet to see any real benefits or any of the side effects that are generally associated with s-4

Anyway, I'm going to bump up the dose on both compounds today and see what happens.
 
Have you taken S-4 before? Some get sides and some don't it just depends.
 
This is my first run with s-4. Almost all of the other logs I've read here and elsewhere the vision side effects start pretty quickly.

I'm glad I don't have any side effects, but I'd like to have SOME effects.
 
At 50 a lot don't have problems. Are you lifting again?
