Ive been out of the gym the last 6 months, been back lifting for 2 cause of marriage and a kid. Looking to get my old shape back, used to have 5 cycles under my belt and kept almost all the size being out of the gym. Looking to get big again and thinking about starting small. so here is a little cycle i planned out see what you think.
1-12 400 test E week
10-16 75 fina eod
10-16 75 mast eod
then pct after week 16
personally i like long low cycles cause my body keeps the gains better it seems but you can flame me about that if you want.
