Getting on cycle during/straight after relationship break up

I hate when something bad happens in my life, but I love training when I have something like this that really lights a fire under my ass.
I agree. Not the healthiest or most mature reaction, but when something bad happens I’m like “the gym is about to be great” 😂
 
LMAO I feel like Tren would be the WORST option immediately after a breakup. Talk about an obsessive spiral lol :ROFLMAO:
This goes completely counter to my prior advice so I hesitate posting this.. do as I say not as I do

I took Tren during and to get over my divorce. Tren numbs my emotions and makes me very cold and calculated. And it paid dividends being more logical with blunted emotions. Not everyone gets like that, if you get the bad kind of crazy, definitely avoid

Id say do it..invest the new time, energy into creating the best version of yourself. You can create some serious momentum right now. Much better than drinking and doing drugs.

But go on an all out mission, for YOURSELF, and stick to it.
 
Id personally focus on training consistently, diet, recovery...the drugs only enhance these. I don't think a relationship ending should have any impact on aas usage or dosage...adjusting dosage should be based solely on physique goals and bloodwork imo
 
Structure, focus working out, training, eating well getting on with life can all be done without drugs of any sort.
Sounds like you are just looking for support to tell you to do what you want to do.

That's a fair observation.

Dunno about that man. It's all context. Age, how serious it is, length, kids, how it ended etc. Reakon they can be hard whether it be emotionally or financially whatever.

But out of negatives you got find positives. I was about to have a drink and thought fuck it might go all in on the gym instead and get go on cycle and lock right in. Just wanted to hear other stories and experiences.

Weights are great medicine and gym provides some pure time - escape, solace, healing. Getting your shit together, control what you can control, set and goal to achieve and positive focus works. Adding AAS, I'd say we've all done it. Works fine but it's a supplement, maybe a motivational one, vs the real drivers.
 
Speaking from experience adding tren made the breakup hard mode. Reoccurring thoughts of her getting railed by anyone else lmao. Do not recommend.


Shit sucks man but I’d say grieve properly instead of drowning out the thoughts with substance/gear. In a few months you to be able to look back at it and have no unresolved feelings.

What does getting on a cycle have to do with giving you structure?
 
Not to get too explainy about the relationship stuff but I was in a situation in which I started a cycle while having to work in close proximity to a bad break up girl. At the time I felt like she was the one who got away. Anyway, it was probably one of the worst ideas looking back at the situation. AAS aside, the stress of it all set me up for both mental and physical low point for me. I had insane anxiety and my blood pressure went the highest its ever been in my life. Hindsight I should have waited until that chapter of my life was a few pages further behind me. That was actually my last cycle and probably one of the reasons I have been AAS free for 13 years. Looking back now I realize the girl was a fool and I most likely dodged a bullet.
 
I really dont think a modest cycle of say 500MG Test and the gym is going to hurt, if anything its going to help you blow some steam off and sleep better.
 
If 40 or older? Get on Test and stay on. Till toes up. Dosage is up to you. Definitely be in the gym. It is the BEST place you can possibly be. Sweat Sweat and Sweat some more. Now, I'm going to ASSume you got dumped, you didn't say, and you're hurt and wish you could have her, once again I will ASSume her not him:ROFLMAO:, back. Ask yourself this one question "Why do I WANT to be with someone that DOESN'T WANT to be with me"? It always helps me. Now go lift heavy shit.

I am on cycle all year long.... bah... whatever happens in my life i keep doing same things bodybuilding wise.

I was thinking that and should help build some confidence back up. Helping forget about the past and get motivated for what’s a head in the future…
 
I go out and get a younger and better looking girl. Problem solved. 😏
 
first steps are rough.. but like others said, focus on self.
once you get out of your head, and see the light at the end of the tunnel,
youll probably think .. "im glad i went through that"
youll feel stronger and empowered.
it may take you 6months.. maybe1year.
maybe shorter than that. maybe longer
but each day, and each positive thought/movement is slowly adding onto the new solid foundation of you.
its a process though.. each second.. each minute.. each passing of time..
but at the end youll be proud of yourself.
then watch how things unfold in your favor.
