Two weeks left over for current compounds then I want to switch it up drastically.

As of now
Sust 700mg a week
Tren ace 200mg a week
Anadrol 50mg per day
Arimidex .5 eod
Hgh 2 iu m-f

Eating 4kcals a day

Thinking of switching to
Test e or sust- 1g per week
Deca 400-500 per week
Dbol 30-50 mg per day
Arimidex
Insulin 10-20 units per day
Igf-1 lr3 on weeks off slin 50-100 mcg pre workout
Hgh 4 iu per day
Ghrp-6 if I need help with appetite
Also have megestrol acetate on hand for appetite boost

Plan to hit 5-6kcals a day

Any advice or suggestions?

26 years old
175 lbs 5'6 sub 10% bf
5 years gear usage
7-8 years lifting/training

Want to put on as much size as I can this fall/winter so I can possibly compete again next spring/summer

Why don't you try eating 5-6k cals a day on just 1g test and few iu of gh and see how you do and then add if you need.
 
Just out of curiosity, how long have you been on? Do you just plan on staying on and switching up dosages/compounds? Seems like you might want to let your body recover a bit first. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea ;).

Keep it simple man....and remember the more gh the better! I would skip the dbol igf1 and ghrp and spend the money I save on that on more GH. Keep the insulin in cuz its cheap. when you run 8iu or more of legit gh is when the magic happens especially with slin thrown in there

so bout a gram or more of test, 600 deca, 8iu/day of gh and 10-20iu slin you should blow up real nice

I would drop the peps and focus on this.

16 weeks,

1-8
300 deca
500 test
50tren ed
2iu POST WORKOUT
1-4 dbol and then finish with it if desired
.5eod adex to control estrogen, bump up to this once the test reaches blood values, until thenid do m/th shots and take .5adex after injection.
but the aromatizing compounds will help with IGF-1 production and increase he effectiveness of non aromatizing tren

There are two trains of thought: Push food quickly for a "rebound" effect, or take things slowly and reverse diet.

I've done both and prefer the latter, but I don't take an incredibly slow approach. I add 20-30 carbs a day and keep an eye on it. Every 5 or so days I add 5 grams of fat. I don't focus too much on the scale at this point but more so on the mirror. If you focus too much on the scale, with the increase in glycogen and water retention, you may freak out due to the rate of gain. I keep a visual on areas I'm really vascular and adjust from there.

I agree 100%. I would keep the dbol, it's cheap. I wouldn't kick start with it though, wait for a plateau, between week 8 and 10, then add it.

Wouldn't the dbol be a better investment than the deca? Considering you can just low dose 20mgs of it and it would work thru different pathways than injectable anabolics?

I homebrew so compounds aren't really an issue cost wise.

Hgh is what's costly and I've never taken mk677. Might do some research on it but lately it's all I have heard about, seems like a fad...

I mean the mk is like oral ghrp6 just much better appetite wise. Its equivalent to a few iu gh (and itd cut down gh costs) plus its around the clock 24hr pulses. SHould be a good addition to the gh youre running since if its exogenous gh there are some growth factors that arent released iirc like they are with endogenous gh.

This is my first time running deca and test in a surplus. 300/500/wk
How much water should I expect to retain and around my abs?

I have a body analyzer scale that measures bone, fat and body water weight in addition to muscle. I will use that every morning

Ever hear of thread hijacking?

I would increased doses to at least 400 deca and 500-600 test.

Don't eat a lot of sodium and you won't hold too much water.

But holding water is an anabolic effect.

Try npp if your worried about water.

Imo, no, deca is king for retaining massive amounts of nitrogen, dbol will help shuttle more nutrients in, and they're amazing together, but if you're looking for reasonable growth you can diet down to see a difference later, deca is the choice.

Get up to 190 with out drugs first, than start with test only.
