I used to workout about a year ago... Im 5.11 Around 165 when waking up, i was 215 when i stop training,going to university and thing kept me away from working out... Before i start training i was 145 with low bodyfat... I was never fat in all my life...Im natural life time(if it does matter)
Im not Big or considered a bodybuilder.I say im meso-ecto build,tight waist,small jointed...
My point being i lost alot of weight and gain fat. I look bloated now...
Before anyone will flame me...My goals in working out have changed...
Now i want to Become as ripped as i can naturally
I wanna hit like 180lb With VERY LOW BODYFAT. Like 7-8% BF 3 caliper test.
Is this possible to reach naturally? I repeat my goal are not to be 200+ lb Bloated look. I just want to a good 180lb ripped 5.11 physique.
How should i got about starting to workout again?
Should i keep carbs in check? What about diet? I dont wanna bulk up and look bloated again.I want a lean physique.

Even if it mean that i can only be 170-180 lb max.. I dont care.
Should i start to workout and Eat carbs like Oatmeal,Brown rice and Veggies?
Or i should start again with low carb 25-50g each day and High protein,med Fat diet???
