I used to workout about a year ago... Im 5.11 Around 165 when waking up, i was 215 when i stop training,going to university and thing kept me away from working out... Before i start training i was 145 with low bodyfat... I was never fat in all my life...Im natural life time(if it does matter)

Im not Big or considered a bodybuilder.I say im meso-ecto build,tight waist,small jointed...

My point being i lost alot of weight and gain fat. I look bloated now...

Before anyone will flame me...My goals in working out have changed...
Now i want to Become as ripped as i can naturally

I wanna hit like 180lb With VERY LOW BODYFAT. Like 7-8% BF 3 caliper test.
Is this possible to reach naturally? I repeat my goal are not to be 200+ lb Bloated look. I just want to a good 180lb ripped 5.11 physique.

How should i got about starting to workout again?
Should i keep carbs in check? What about diet? I dont wanna bulk up and look bloated again.I want a lean physique.

Even if it mean that i can only be 170-180 lb max.. I dont care.

Should i start to workout and Eat carbs like Oatmeal,Brown rice and Veggies?
Or i should start again with low carb 25-50g each day and High protein,med Fat diet???

Tons of naturals under 200lbs. Phil and I are working on getting me under 10% at 210lbs (6ft) and I've been natural all my life. Right now I'm at 13.5%. No big deal really. I've got friends on both sides of the fence when it comes to naturals and AAS. We all share the same passions, the AAS guys are just taking their bodies to the next level. I'm not some die hard natty or anything. I'm just satisfied with my results and progress. You might try giving Phil or some of the mods on here a buzz for diet and training advice. Phil's got a natural at his gym that is a freak!
 
Correction i want a physique like this...

The thing is i never diet before and i dont know how to lose fat and MAINTAIN muscle.

If i can gain muscle while losing fat That's really great... Otherwise i be happy with a ripped 180-185 physique...

And i forgot to say I want To maintain 7-8% BF year around... Is that possible???

Should i Start doing Cardio work too ?

Just eat Clean all the time? Low gi carbs?No sugar, high Protein, med or low fat???

You guys think this is natural??? And what do you think is BF % is ? 8?

I'd say you need to get bf% to 10% or less first, then work on adding mass. What's your bf now?
I'm not sure if the guy your showing is nat or not. He's small but very shredded. I'd say 4% or less bf. His pecs are even striated.
 
You didn't mention how old are you. As you probably know, age play a crucial role in the fat lose process.
 
Im 22.

Im going to start this diet by restricting My carb source To Oatmeal and Brown rice only after a workout. 25-50G Carbs each day.No more simple carbs and No Sugar!

Im just going to drink water from now on...

175-200 G Protein from eggs,Tuna,chicken skinless breast,No meat.


Fats: olive oil,flax seed,peanut butter(Is it good when dieting) ?

Does that sound good or im lost???

I agree

Im going for the 180-200lbs range. Although maybe sometime in life it wouldnt hurt to be 220 but I wont be sad if I dont reach it. Right now im 135, yes I know its time to start training and eating better. Also plan on doing some body cleanses with vegetable juice and flushing out the kidneys and liver. Hopefully then I can absorb more food!!!
 
It all depends on your age, how much time you train in the gym consistently, what you eat, etc...
I just had a birthday yesterday and we celebrated looking at old family photos. I've got some really good ones of me when I was about 15-16 years old and 135lbs soaking wet at 6ft. tall. From the time I was 16 to about 21 I went from under 10% at 135 to under 10% at 180lbs. Without AAS. So this is all definitely possible!
