I only get sick once every year or two, this latest sickness now is a motherfucker. Every person Ive known has had it, now I got it, fever, sinus, coughe your mf lungs out, cant breathe. When shit like this happens I see no reason to go to the gym. It would be counterproductive.Why go to the gym if you are too sick to accomplish anything, plus you are stressing your body more. I let my body rest and recover first.
