I have been doing a keto type diet for a few weeks now. I feel great with no carbs and while in ketosis. My problem is that when I have a recarb meal, I get really tired and sleepy approx. 1 hour after I eat carbs.
I am just wondering if I am getting tired from an over production of insulin which is causing me to go hypo?!?!?
Is this normal? Does everyone experience this or is it just me.
