GH and Diarrhea/GI Issues

The rapid gut biome fix is 5 caps morning 5 caps night. Might get some intestinal distress w opposing forces fighting it out in there, but shouldn’t last more than a day

Started 7IU GH and am getting a lot of Diarrhea and severe bloating. I took a few days off and it subsided. Started again and diarrhea started up at 4IU
Any others experience this? or alter dosing etc....

Not changing anything else when on 7iu? Diet, lifestyle, everything stays the same but the high dose?
