CAFFEINE WOULDN'T EFFECT BLOOD PRESSURE?
It MAY cause a really slight increase right after drinking it but long term, it should actually help lower it. Numerous studies have been done showing 3-4 cups a day is very good for a multitude of reasons. Now 10-20 cups a day might be another story.
