do you have to run T3 with HGH? I have heard that it is absolutely necessary, and also that it is not needed as long as you aren't on too high of a dose. I'm doing 2iu a day, with a 5 on, 2 off schedule. Haven't been taking any T3 though.... do I need to be? Can someone recommend a good place to get it, if I do need to be taking it?

I take 2iu day right now and no extra T3. my last blood test showed the HGH working well and my own natural T3 was in normal range. I will retest soon to see where I stand.
 
You really need to start listening to the advice of the people on this board that are familiar with your condition. STOP IGNORING! You need to stop talking about gear and start with a balanced diet. FOOD! EAT! No offense, you need help.

What about the T3 though? Can someone explain this to me?

why can't you just train/eat and be clean?
i'm confused as to why you're messing with gear when it's obvious you have much deeper issues.

... and i think it's obvious that no one here wants to feed you with more info you can abuse.

Oh, and btw, 2700 calories from vegetables is not the same as consuming 2700 from meat and potatos. You're eating air.
 
I've cut out the veggies in all meals except my last two. I would really appreciate some help here. I realize I made some mistakes at the start, but I am learning and changing.
 
The last thing you should be worried about is T3. Do you know what T3 is? I'm sure you have read about it but do you know what it actually does? Do you know why doctors prescribe someone this drug vs. ....oh I don't know....maybe T4? See what I'm getting at? I'm going to say this right now and then I'm done with this stuff. YOU ARE GOING TO FUCK YOURSELF UP if you keep messing with shit the way you are. IF you really are taking GH and whatever else you may have gotten your hands on, stop taking it. You are worried about whether or not you should be taking something with your GH and that should be the least of your worries. I'm not sure exactly what you are thinking is going to happen when you are taking all of this stuff if you really are. The physique you desire is very possible but not the way you are going about things....not even a little. People are not trying to rain on your parade and tell you to stop doing shit because they are just being dicks. I'm pretty sure most would like to see someone do something the right way and NOT hurt themselves.
 
I WANT the physique I desire. I want to be big and lean and look like many of you all on this board. I am willing to change. I have been listening to your advice and will continue to. I WILL achieve my goals. Cutting back the cardio and increasing the cals was scary at first but I DID IT and I am seeing results. So stop saying that I am not listening to your advice. Because I AM! As far as the GH and Var, I AM taking it, and I believe it is helping with my gains/strength.
