Im running gh 5 2 split can i run the t4 the same or do i have to run everyday. Im running a low dose just to help suppliment my thyroid levels.

Natural production of T4 for a 70k male is 100-125mcg. So if you're taking this much ED, you're just replacing what you already make :)
