Does anyone find that if they are running above a certain amount of gh that they have a hard time pulling as deep of a vacuum as if they were on a lower dose?
I feel that regularly practicing them (especially when pushing food) keeps me more proficient in my ability to connect with and control my tva/core. It also just keeps me conscious of core control which is again important especially when pushing food imo and full/distended (to an expected degree from food volume, not talking gut/GI issues) for most of the waking hours.Do you guys really feel you getting benefits from vacuums. If so , what would that be. I can pull a sick vacuum just never committed to them.
Gotcha.. imma start incorporating them. What do you do.. like say 30 second vacs as soon as you wake up. Ed I’d assume. Sorry if these are dumb questions. I do remember rich piana talking about them. He was actually saying how he wished he’d known about them sooner. he woulda been doing them a long time ago. Must be some benefits that are real. Maybe in the summer. Lol! I was naturally just able to do it pretty good . I just never thought of it being beneficial. I guess it is though. I did some this morning but could only hold for 15seconds.Can anyone here pull a really good vacuum?
How long did it take to be able to do that?
I do 10 sets of holding the vacuum as long as I can every day fastedGotcha.. imma start incorporating them. What do you do.. like say 30 second vacs as soon as you wake up. Ed I’d assume. Deep? I would say yes. Does it look good on me? Not imo. Prefer crunching abs.Can you pull a really sweet vacuum?
That’s what I been hearing.Been practicing vaccums a lot more, and my only regret is not starting to do them sooner
I feel it helps keep the waist tighter, or atleast adds to the illusion of the v taper
It doesn’t “keep anything tighter.” It doesn’t shrink your waist or anything like that. It is all to hellllp maintain the illusion. It’s like learning mind muscle connection for a new body part. The more vacuums u do, the longer, the stronger, the more u understand how to hold and maintain core tightness throughout the day. It’s like learning to sit with perfect posture. That’s what I been hearing.
