GH and Vacuums

Can anyone here pull a really good vacuum?

How long did it take to be able to do that?

No, I make my wife do it. It took until I finally caved into her bitching and bought her a good one as an Anniversary present, and then berated her for having the house dirty.


But in seriousness, I can do a good vacuum, but I hate vacuums in bodybuilding. The look really disgusts me for some reason, I don’t think it looks aesthetic. I’m not going to be trolling around the beach making eye contact with my future mistresses and then pulling a vacuum, but better believe my abs will be flexed hard
