GH Bolus on training days(eod or 3x per week)

Anyone got experience with doing a GH bolus on training days(without insulin)?

What will be the best timing, pre or post workout?

I truly believe that gh is best used long term and consistently. Depending on what he dosage and goals either pm or am. If the dosage is high then split it up to post wo and pm isn’t a bad idea. You can do pre fasted cardio as well to illicit more fat burning potential.
