Been on 3iu’s of GH for close to 8 years - and always in the early AM pre-training or cardio.

Haven’t changed diet or training so I’m assuming it’s old age (shoot me) but for whatever reason, it puts me sleep by noon now. This is new to me.

Diet is clean and fasted BG is high 80’s (has been for ages).

Been wanting to up my GH but haven’t for the aforementioned reasons.

I assume using 1.5 iu’s @ twice/day yield the same results vs the once/day dose of 3iu’s.

at 3iu it wont make any difference. i would take it all Post Wo or pre bed
i start to split at 12iu plus. everything below that is bolus post workout or pre bed (usually, my post workout is 1-2 hours pre bed so it fits both purposes)
edit: i am talking off season here.
When im cutting i split into 3-4 iu shots 4-5 times daily
 
I can’t use it anymore for this very reason. It’s ALWAYS made me a zombie. Only thing that helped me was using T3, but it became too counterproductive to keep using T3.

I’d have to up the dose of T3 to 50-75mcg/day in order to help with the lethargy. But that high dose was burning up LBM too much from me personally. I could have upped my calories, to keep going but what’s the point… GH just doesn’t jive with me is all.

Given that you don't stay at bodybuilder-level body fat and all the Southern food you eat I'd bet your issue with GH is that it makes your blood sugar too high. GH is naturally produced by the body, there's nobody it doesn't jive with. That's like men claiming they're non-responders to testosterone.
 
He said his diet is clean, looks like blood sugar is perfect. Just like me to, i started doing 3ius instead of 2 a month ago, early morning and im very sleepy by noon also. Lots of people have sides from GH. Im going back to 2 lol. Such a low dose its funny.

Just for reference not using GH my morning blood sugar levels average 75. Also within 3hrs of eating I’m normally back below 95. My A1C always comes back around 5.

related question - for those that use higher gh doses. Whats an effecient means to get to that dose of 8-10iu. Been off gh for a while but just got a ton of it and id like to get north of 12iu daily. I was thinking to start at 4iu and increase by 1-2iu per week?
 
I have been playing around with GH again...2iu, as I dont want to risk extra water retention etc. But I have the same exact response. So I take it before bed, helps me sleep and it does not make me feel like crap during the day.

4iu is a good starting point. But you’ll likely have to gauge and go a hit slower than that if you’re like many individuals.

There are exceptions such as myself as my body responds very well to HGH and it doesn’t throw off my day, sleep, vitals etc.

Just listen to your body and don’t be afraid to back down if your vitals start moving.

If you read the pamphlet that come with pharma gh they all say to take it all pre bed and I’d assume millions of dollars were put into research to come up with that method.
 
Sounds like these issues of being wiped out sucks. I guess I am one of the lucky ones that do not get this side effect. I actually only sleep about 5 1/2 hours a night when on 4iu plus ED but I do split my does AM/PM.
 
I am nobody but as for my guys I do not recommend using a large dose of GH bolus before sleep because I have noticed that it raises morning sugar a lot and I do not like that even if glycemia after meals is ok

for me:
OFFSEASON - GH bolus before training
PRECONTEST/CUTTING - depending on the dose 2-4 times a day smaller doses
 
I just started running it for the first time in years. I think I might have started at too high a dose.
Running 2iu AM, 6iu PM. I’m SO sleepy and lethargic during the day and even into the evening workout.

I think I may pull back to just 6th and put it right before the workout. That way it has time to cycle out of my system before the next morning and I’ll have some normal energy levels during the day.

there seem to be so many opinions on when and how to run it, but one thing I have noticed that @luki7788 just mentioned is that the nighttime dose has me waking up with a blood glucose level around 120.

So I don’t know if I need to pull back the total amount or if just moving the full 8iu to pre-work out would be sufficient.
probably going to start out just pulling the 6iu back to pre-workout and seeing how things go from there.
 
Also meant to mention that I look like I have hippopotamus ankles now… when you pair what GH normally does with the fact that there are days that I drive up to 6 hours for work, the peripheral edema is not welcome.
how do you guys mitigate that?
 
Chciałam też wspomnieć, że teraz wyglądam, jakbym miała kostki hipopotama... jeśli weźmiemy pod uwagę to, co normalnie robi GH, oraz fakt, że zdarzają się dni, kiedy jadę do pracy nawet 6 godzin, to obrzęk obwodowy nie jest mile widziany.
Jak sobie z tym radzicie?
you start giving GH in too high doses - my advice

Reduce dosage to 4iu(all before pre workou) wait when endema gone and slowly build up the dose +1iu every 7 days and when you start see endema started back again then go back to dose with problem doesn’t exist = thats your dose and stay on that point couple weeks to give body chance to acclimatize then you can try up the dose again and see what happens
