gh & competition
Times change & so do the methods of administration.
What is the current protocol on gh use for competition?
run it right to the show? if so, does it pose a problem with drying out?
cut it 3 weeks out?
I cut it at 3 weeks last year, but I believe that I lost that 3D look. Maybe it is time to update my system

I would drop at 2-3 weeks out and in that time you will wait till round 7-10days out and add some androgens to give fuller look. If you keep GH in too long you will hold water.

This was the first time I have ever used gh. I used 3 iu's daily (6days on 1 off). I used for 10 weeks and cut it 10 days out. I do believe I lost that look as well because until then I was looking the best I have ever looked. I think I would run it up until the show next time, if my sub q water was under control and was looking "ready" a couple weeks out.
Bad thing is, just from such small doses it cause my bellybutton to get that "turtle-head-poken-out" look. Looks f...king gross. I also rotated sites to wherever I felt I was holding bodyfat (stomach, glutes, thighs, chest, low back).
Ry if you would drop it what androgens would you personally add in and at what doses?

I know I'm not Ry but I suggest using Halo, it will also get rid of some extra water and make you rock hard!!

People always bitch bout androgens but, w/ all the diuretics and the short amount of time on them you will be hard, full and vascular. I recommend using anadrol and or suspention.

ry is right. I see too many guys take gh all the way to the show who look big and full but holding water they can't get rid of. Just take a look at some pros who mess this up! When was the last time you seen a lineup with tight abs with veins!

?'s. anadrol makes you hold water, but you are saying if you get good diuretics it will conter the water gain effects of anadrol? If you were to do anadrol how mucha day a when would you incorporate it? Would you also run halo or anavar at the same time?
I am going to do Gh should one run it with a bulk cycle and a cut cycle or just one. How many iu's a day for the best gains? And how much slin do you incorporate. I competeted at 192 dont know if that matters.

i would like to know more about this anadrol before a show guys. i am doing my first and maybe considering it but i sounds like a huge risk to me. that you could very easily mess up no????
