Ok, I should know what to do but reading about burst methods and 3x a week being the hot thing right now,what should I do?

As you guys know I am staying totally natural from now on as far as juice goes.HRT will be an option in the future but right now I want to stay off anabolics.

GH I believe is a loophole that I can exploit and my doctor agrees.Now the question is what is best?

If you had 200iu's and you were not taking anything else besides creatine and protein,maybe some ephedra,that means no insulin,test,T3 etc. and your goal was to get some size gains and keep bodyfat low,how would you work it?

As I posted in my other thread Im looking to burn fat with the diet and cardio advice you guys gave me,but I want to maximize what I can do with GH.Whether it be for fat burning or size increase,what is the best way???
 
if you want to keep the fat low I would probably say more frequent shots would be best

That is the tried and true method,I have done it before.But I was also on a boatload of other shit.My question is more based on my current situation rather then past experience.

I want to maximize whatever it is the GH alone will give me.
 
I honestly feel 2-3 iu's per day or eod is your best approach.

This is how Im going to use it BN.
Fixing to start some soon myself and it will be either 2iu ed or 4iu eod.
Havnt quite decided which.

Considering everything I went through,the last thing I need is to fuck up with slin and end up back in the hospital.I have a new lease on life and I want to be as safe as possible.Slin is great,I used it many times in the past,but I know that it can fuck you up big time.

I am a perfect candidate for HRT but I wont do it just yet because of what I went through.

But the doctor said GH is no problem and knowing what I know,there really is no risk to my liver at all.If anything it will help me get back to normalcy faster.Like I said though,my main objective is to maximize my 200iu's of GH.Whether it be for size or fat loss,I want to get the best results with what I have.

So far in my mind that points to ED injections of about 4iu.Seems safe and effective.
Or I can do the 3 day a week protocol that Gavin talks about.Probably 8 iu's plus post workout.

Just want to hear various opinions.I know this has been spoken about many times,but I still need clarificaton......
 
based on how I reacted in the past and present 4ius eod will be a good bet.
 
I have a "friend" that has done just about every approach listed out there...

He Liked the 2ius EOD and the 8ius POST workout 3 times a week.

Also, he liked in order:

HUMATROPIN
HYGETROPINS
JINOS
bLUE TOPS
BROWN TOPS

he also did 15ius E monday post workout...did not like that so much. he did the 5 on 2 off with 4ius...did not like that one too much either.

the best for him is and was 2ius EOD and 8ius POST workout 3 times a week.

the 8ius 3x a week has helped him notice a difference...he has not changed his diet really that much...nothing so drastic to where he would see a difference from his food.

Overall what was the difference between the 2 methods?
 
I would have to say the 8ius 3 times a week has brought on more fat loss and when "he" came off of AAS, he only lost about 7lbs (water weight). HE is currently bulking, so the 8ius has been great for keeping the BF down

The 2ius EOD was also good for helping to keep gains when he came off...he liked the 2ius EOD for a longer period of time. that was the first method he used, so he saw change...mild fat loss. He has not gone back to 2ius EOD...I think it would be interesting to see what would happen.

I think in BN case, 2ius EOD would be great for him...he just wants to EASE back into things. NO need to jump to something crazy right now. 2ius EOD would be very benefical to him at this point in his recovery. PLus he could makes his kits last longer and still see some results. Well the other thing is, since he is not running other things with it, is 2ius going to be benefical?? HMMMMM, tough question...well maybe since his body has been clean for a while anything would be good right now.

u said u only have 200iu?? if so i would say 2-3iu ed be the best for fat loss. 200mcg of gh fragment at night works well with 2-3iu gh ed 4 me.

I know don't post much, but I've gotten pretty decent results doing the 3iu EOD as steak helmut said, it will help you and your liver with it's regenerative properties. Lately, I've really been impressed stacking it with metformin at 500 mg twice a day. I know that the liver can be a limiting factor on metformin usage. But the metformin will assist in reducing the insulin insensitivity as well as shuttling nutrients to muscle. That way you can enjoy carbs again!(as per your recent dieting post!) :D

Maybe so :) ...if so, then I have a whole new outlook on BROWN TOPS. When running brown tops, I think the protocol that was followed was 4ius ED 5 days on 2 days off...but only 100ius was used...the tingling hands was not felt...although it did feel like shin splints of the forearms...but not much of a chance to see the fat loss effects. BROWN TOPS might not have had the proper trial run in order to get full effects :)
 
I thought the brown tops were Hygentropin with an N? Could be wrong, its been a while since I read that.

I would use 2-4 ius EOD for as long as possible. I've felt the longer I'm on the better results I get as far as the look and how i feel. Staying on longer at a lower dosage I get that well being from GH as well as quicker recovery, joints are hurting, skin looks great, and some great fat loss.

But this raises a question for me:

I follow a 6 on/1 off workout protocol.

Using this method I should:

1.) Mon Wed Fri- 2ius upon waking with Tues Thurs Sat 8 ius PWO

or

2.) Same iu/per day schedule but shoot that days' dose PWO

or

3.) Something else?

Hate to counter great info with a dumbass question but never really messed with GH before, so I'd love to hear from someone who actually has experience and not someone who just read some shit in a thread somewhere.
