GH & insulin resistence

At what dose do you guys thing insulin resistence starts to kick in when taking GH. I'm doing 10iu per day & I'm definitely flatteing out due to this problem. I suppose I have 2 choices. Lower the GH to 5iu per day or start using humalog. Now, here's what doesn't make sense to me, insulin wise. I keep reading that you only want to do insulin 2-3x a week max, for your post workout meals. However, if one is insulin resistant due to high GH dosages, wouldn't this 'waste' the other meals, due to the none prescence of insulin during those feeding periods? My theory would be to use less insulin 2-3 times per day. Perhaps 3-5iu tops eo meal, either every day or eod. But certainly more frequently than just 2-3x a week for one post workout meal. Any thoughts? I'm bulking on Test & tren & should definitely be a lot more pumped & fuller than & I am, & I lay the blame on my high GH dosage & the insulin resistence that accompanies it. Any thoughts!!!!!
 
lay off the slin and hit some metformin for a while at about 1000mg a day. You'll get that pumped feeling from it and next time you'll use less slin and get more results from it.(it increases sensitivity)
 
I'm not sure who came up with GH and insulin resistance. I've read some posts that say it doesnt happen unless you use large ammount for long periods of time. I guess only way you'll know is to test your blood sugar level. No point in guessing about it.

Should look up the side effects before taking it.

If anyone is going to say that HGH causes INSULINT INSENSITIVITY, then for gods sake provide a SOURCE of that INFORMATION!

HGH can cause insulin resistance especially when taking 10ius per day. To increase insulin sensitivity take all 10ius pwo and only on workout days. Increase you cardio! Take 1 gram of n-acetyl-cysteine, supplement with calcium magnesium, zinc, and chromium. Time your carbohydrates around your workouts. Also take the gh when eating high GI carbs. Gh is mainly converted to igf1(which increase insulin sensitivity of skeletal muscle) when blood glucose levels are high.
