OKAY I am sure I will get "what the hell r u doing" then. I have been doing gh at 4iu's a day. I have read you need to be over 6 at least but my sides r bad. I have been doing 4 and want to go up is it neccesary and why? What I mean is is more going to be better as far as muscle gain. I have never been to sure on this since I started the gh.
