Depends on what you're trying to do. GH on an empty stomach for leaning out it is the absolute best way I've done it. For putting on size, i really never had an empty stomach.

I noticed my best results by taking it on an empty stomach just before bed, and then taking it on an empty stomach upon waking and then heading to the gym..
Of course it could just be from reduced calories. Is there a wrong way to take GH? Unless it's fake.
Like a few have said it really doesn't matter...it does work a little better for fat loss first thing in the A.M..... but for size a large dose pwo works great...But again raised insulin (after eating) is not going to effect exo GH but will effect endo GH (peptides)....but even that has been debated...
For fat loss I've always seen the best results with a.m. dose followed by cardio...
I ask, because I have heard it both ways as well. I checked humatrope directions and they stay empty stomach 2 hours in each direction, wich I am not sure how that is even feasible
