So what has attributed more to my growth this year, GH or Mountain Dog training?

I started 2011 at a soft 240lb, I am currently at 257lb and a bit leaner than I was at 240lb. Two things have changed during that time frame. I started using GH in June 2011, and I switched from a DC style training to John Meadow Mountain Dog training. All other sups are about the same.

So 17lb in a year. Is it due to GH or training?

all factors contributed to your growth! the growth hormone played a very key part though and the other factors made the growth that more effecient at its job by supplying an ideal enviroment for growth to occur. :lightbulb:
 
The difference between DC & MD is one is low and one is high volume training.

I never hear of anyone who has gains so much off HGH.
Its probably the training.

Well lets ask a couple questions...

If you took the GH alone and didnt train -what kind of results do you think you would get?

Now if you trained and didnt take GH -what kind of results do you think you would get?


I think if you answer those honestly to yourself you can answer your own question.
 
HGH works... Mountain Dog training works... Does it really matter what did exactly what? The important thing is that it all worked for you. Switch between MD and DC training if or when one stops working for you, both are great time proven methods.
 
If you took the gh out, you wouldn't have made such improvements.

If you didn't let md take over your training, you wouldn't have made such improvements.

No one can really say what contributed MORE, but both contributed significantly. A lot depends on your dose, too. 15 IU gh Ed? I'd wager drugs then. 5iu? Both significantly so.
 
33.5% of your gains are from MD training, and 66.5% are from the GH.

Seriously though, no one can answer this very accurately, we'd just be guessing or assuming.
In my opinion, MD and DC training have both proven to work for growing muscle, so I'd put my money on GH being mostly responsible, with assistance from MD training since I strongly believe in changing training styles periodically in order to continue progressing.
