So what has attributed more to my growth this year, GH or Mountain Dog training?
I started 2011 at a soft 240lb, I am currently at 257lb and a bit leaner than I was at 240lb. Two things have changed during that time frame. I started using GH in June 2011, and I switched from a DC style training to John Meadow Mountain Dog training. All other sups are about the same.
So 17lb in a year. Is it due to GH or training?
