I know the regulars here have seen me write about this enough times to get sick of it. But, I'm a really big fan of this protocol. As Plang alluded to, there is some adaptation where you need to change things up now and again. But, for the most part, this is what I do:
Little over an hour before bed- 9 mg melatonin
1 hr later- ghrp/cjc (or mod grf, whatever I'm running) 100 mcg ea
10 min later- 1 iu of gh
I get all the benefits of gh that I used to run at higher doses, plus I get increased fat burning. The melatonin doubles the output of the grf/peptides. I've posted a study on it several times.
Otherwise, you can do just what Plang outlined as it's basically the same idea minus the sleep aid. So, I guess my suggestion is only before bed!
or at least for me. I'm out like a light after that.
I'm sorta surprised you've seen so much size on the ghrp etc.! I never gained from it, just lost even more fat than I did on gh! Everyone is different I guess. Of course, I think I started when I was coming off a cycle, could have had a lot to do with it.
