Gh pre workout thoughts???

Well as it is shown to cause hyperglycemia which maybe A workout advantage I wanna hear more.
 
i've always known that preworkout GH is better for fat lose, and postworkout is for adding mass. of course u have to do it IM or IV so u peak at the right time. never IV though.
for me, i do morning, pre and post every other day. i learned this of a member on another board, "bushidobadboy".
 
I take it multiple times through out the day.....I do 10 IU so I bust it up into five times a day....I have less issues with my hands by doing it multiple times....I do one before my afternoon workout but I also eat before....after many years thats what works best for me
 
What's everyones thoughts on gh pre- workout ?? Thanks

It's fine, as long as it's real...it doesn't matter when you take it. It's splitting hairs pre, post, first thing in the morning.
 
I always take gh pre, but I workout 8:00a.m. before any carbs. I'll take 12gms bcaa's 15min after hgh, then 15min later at gym carb load 100grms, then post wkout 100pro. Total lean mass, totally anabolic.
