stick with 7 days a week to get your IGF to the desired level you are after. I never understand why somebody wants their IGF level to go up and down...as if you don't benefit on "non-training days" from elevated IGF??? When you rest is when you grow...thats when you want your IGF elevated!

OK, so to answer your question, no it would not be more beneficial to run your growth hormone mon/wed/fri

It would be best if you went to 2iu 7 days a week instead of 5on/2off with 3iu. You find the dose you can tolerate with side effects and remain at that dose pretty much permanently unless you need to come down for water weight or side effects (blood sugar, lethargy, blood pressure, water weight, numbness/CTS, etc). And obviously money is a concern for some with GH.

Studies show split dosing gets IGF-1 up more than bolus dosing. I'd do AM/PM or AM/preworkout.

I know multiple guys who have tested their IGF running 5 on 2 off as well as 3-4 days of very high ius with nothing on others. Their IGF scores barely differed. IGF numbers take weeks to rise and fall. A day or two off does not cause a dramatic drop off.

Also to other posters, I love me some MK but if maintaining a lean look is the goal, it's probably not the way to go. The water held is a bitch. Yes it subsides after a couple weeks but it's still much more of a winter bulk compound. I do love MK+2-5 ius during the winter. IGF numbers are great off that.
 
I've personally ran gh at 3iu 7 days a week and 5iu pre workout 4 days a week .

IGF numbers were within 20 points of each other. I don't think you're going to see much of a difference since igf doesn't rise and fall dramatically in a couple days time.

Ive been using 2 iu morning and 2 iu pre workout and have really wanted to add the MK to it but didn't know how best to incorporate it.
 
It's interesting to see how the rational changes over time. I remember when you were supposed to run CJC w/dac, then dac caused gh bleed so you shouldnt use it at all, then you should mega dose dac.

Wasn't it Datbtrue back in the day that posted studies showing that higher dose 3X/week was more beneficial? Granted I'm sure newer studies have come out since then.

Personally, I go 5x/week. I have no fancy studies to back it, but it's what I do.
