GH Ruining Sleep

Know how your blood sugar reacts to GH. Make timing, diet and supplement adustments accordingly.

Personally I sleep better on that cjc no dac stuff. When i add grow back in might do it AM only and the cjc at night.
 
First time. Running 4 IU for 4-5 weeks now.
Everyone says your deep-sleep skyrockets, but I'm experiencing the opposite. Harder to get to sleep, sometimes takes 3/4 hours, and if I wake up during, it's hard to get back down.

Initially pinned in the evening and thought that's what causing it. Switched to fasted in the morning and same thing.
I was out of town for the holidays and missed a week and went back to some heavenly sleep, so I'm fairly certain it's the GH now.

Any advice on how to sleep well with it? I'd love the fat loss benefits, but it's not worth taking all the sleep pills to offset it (Assume I have access to every pill: mirz, traz, ambien, etc.)

Also running 400 Test, 400 Primo, 25 Var, 1/2 arimidex, caber, and HCG on a ~20 week cycle for context.

Your Estrogen is most likely crashed from the Primo and Arimidex. This will cause insomnia. Check your E2 on some blood work.
 
fwiw - I think GH at that level the "fat loss benefits" are miniscule...


what lipolysis tool would you suggest then? reta also nuked sleep and all it really did was appetite control. i've never had a problem with appetite per se, more just fat itself and especially its distribution.

i think you guys are right its probably some combination of the var/gh. experimented with dropping 1/both this week. when i drop both i sleep like a baby again. when i drop just the var and take gh still crap sleep. also weirdly the time i go to bed matters more. 11pm is gonna be great sleep, but if im up scrolling 12am/1am is gonna be bad. i have less flexibility to push sleep into the morning now. when i sleep matters more.

just did 1 month labs. waiting to see what e2 looks like. the reason i dont think its e2 is because i've been able to sleep great this week without the var/gh, neither of which i think impacts e2.

I simply think the fat loss of GH is over sold. However I have never taken something like 10iu+ a day. Others can chime in.

The best week to week drop I have had in bodyfat I did this, in addition to a diet:

- Stepmill 20mins first thing in the morning. Espresso and injectible carnitine
- Stepmill 20mins at night
- Steps 10k + a day

Add some DNP @ 200mg EOD

No one I know says it helps them sleep I don’t know where that comes from
It helps me fall asleep. On 12iu, I have trouble staying awake even just sitting down on the sofa in the afernoon.
But sleep quality does not improve. Taking it in the evening, I feel less rested in the morning.

I also switched to morning injections because of this.
