"tennis elbow" and carpultunnel. Anyway of minimizing these while on 5 iu's or is just about dealing with it and just sukin it up. Thanks fellas.

lower your dose.... then gradually work back to the 5iu

nothing on 4 at all. started at2 then after month 3 then month later 4. GTG

My 'friend' is running 10iu post workout 3x per week and his tennis elbow that he has had for like 2 years has completely gone. It used to act up after heavy benching so he started using elbow wraps which helped a bit. Now he has gone even heavier and stopped using the elbow wraps and his tennis elbow is gone....its a chronic inflammatory thing, and he isnt using anti inflammatories either.....are you sure its tennis elbow...sounds more like fluid retention in your elbow than tennis elbow....

Im not sure, all the pains have subsided for the last two days now. pain only started about 1 month ago

BTW, how is your friend reacting to the 10iu, 3x/wk protocol? Do you see a combination of muscle growth/fat loss or something else? Also, how long has your friend been running at that dose/frequency?

He loves it. He started it almost exactly a month ago. Def losing fat. Noticing a little muscle growth....might be too soon for that since it can take time. He injects postworkout Tues, Thurs and Sat. People might say its too soon to notice effects from it, so he thinks that is good cause then it should only get better . But his elbow healed very quickly, almost too quickly, that, he says makes it all worth it already.

zero sides here at 2 first thing in morning but will bump it to 3 after another month.
