My 'friend' is running 10iu post workout 3x per week and his tennis elbow that he has had for like 2 years has completely gone. It used to act up after heavy benching so he started using elbow wraps which helped a bit. Now he has gone even heavier and stopped using the elbow wraps and his tennis elbow is gone....its a chronic inflammatory thing, and he isnt using anti inflammatories either.....are you sure its tennis elbow...sounds more like fluid retention in your elbow than tennis elbow....
